Sacred Heart Cathedral
Support
Kept is the app Sacred Heart Cathedral uses to run its parish programs. If something is not working, or you need something changed or removed, this page tells you how to reach a person.
Contact us
Write to joseph@koldops.com. A real person reads every message. We answer within 5 business days, and within 24 hours for anything involving safety or a report about another person's behavior.
You can also reach the parish office at 865.588.0249, or by mail at Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, 711 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville, TN 37919.
It helps to tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what kind of phone or computer you were using.
Trouble signing in
You have an email and password but it is not working
Use forgot password to get a reset link by email. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.
You were invited but the link expired
Write to us and we will send a fresh invitation.
Correcting your information
If your name, email, phone number, or anything else in your record is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. You can also ask to see everything we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.
Deleting your account
Open your account page in the app and use "Delete my account" at the bottom. That files the request with the parish. An admin reads it and carries it out, because your enrollment and attendance are tied to other people's records, so nothing is removed the moment you tap it. You do not have to give a reason, and you can withdraw the request until someone acts on it.
If you cannot sign in, write to joseph@koldops.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account" instead. Either way we delete your account and the personal information tied to it within 30 days, and write back when it is done.
The Privacy Policy explains the one thing that survives deletion, the sacramental records the parish keeps as its permanent register. Your KeptUp messages, group chats included, are deleted with your account.
Reporting a message or a person
Kept has group chats and shared prayer intentions. We have no tolerance for abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content, and none for anyone who behaves that way toward another person.
In KeptUp, tap the flag beside any message to report it to the parish, or block the person so you stop seeing their messages and they cannot message you. The community standards set out what is not allowed.
You can also report something by writing to joseph@koldops.com:
- Tell us which group or conversation it was in.
- Tell us who posted it and roughly when.
- Include a screenshot if you can.
We review every report within 24 hours. When a report is upheld we remove the content and, depending on what happened, warn the person, remove them from the group, or remove their account from Kept entirely. We will tell you what we did.
If you would rather not be contacted by someone in a group, tell us and we will separate you. You never have to talk to the person you are reporting.
If someone is in immediate danger, call emergency services first. If the concern involves the safety of a child or a vulnerable adult, contact the parish office and follow the diocesan reporting process, then tell us so we can act on the account.
Something is broken
Kept installs to your phone from your browser rather than from an app store. If a page looks wrong or will not load, closing and reopening the app usually clears it. If that does not work, write to us and describe what you saw.
